The Chalet is half a mile out of Dyke village on the main road towards Kintessack, and is sign posted with a Visit Scotland sign at the bottom of the drive.

From Inverness 24 miles.
Travel the A96 East towards Aberdeen through Nairn.
At Brodie take left and immediate right over railway line signed “Brodie Castle and Dyke”. Travel 2.5 miles straight through Dyke village and out.
The road bends to the right and Thornhall is located on the left, two houses down from “The Old Kirk” Bed and breakfast and before the “Kintessack” turn.
The Chalet is sign posted with a Visit Scotland sign.
Public Transport Directions – there are few buses to the village but Taxis area available in the town of Forres and Nairn
From the High St, Head west out of the town past the main post office to the roundabout, 2nd left to main A96 roundabout passing TESCO. 1st left onto A96 heading towards Inverness.
Travel over Findhorn bridge and take filter lane right off Bridge sign posted “Dyke and Kintessack.” Over railway and bare left travelling parallel to A96 for half a mile. Take right turn signed “Dyke” 1.5 miles.
Thornhall is located on the Dyke road, right hand side immediately after next “Kintessack” turn.
The Chalet is signposted with a Visit Scotland Sign.
Train to Forres station then ;
A96 heading towards Inverness.
